These general terms and conditions apply to all our seminar offers. By registering for a seminar or service, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions. If a seminar does not take place, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers according to KSchG have the right to revoke this contract 7 days before the start of the seminar without giving reasons.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within seven days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the account you specified in the , unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

In order to avoid inconveniences for both sides, we ask you to give us a short call regarding your complaint.
