Andris Ielitis

After completing my studies in biology (1st and 2nd State Exam in Berlin) I worked in project management in the areas of haematology and hemostaseology.

After that I trained as a restorer of cultural monuments and worked in this area for 11 years mainly in Hamburg and Riga. At the end of my work as a restorer (focus on stone and wall paintings), I was diagnosed with a chronic and very severe sinusitis. After numerous therapies (including OPs with hospitalisations) I came in contact with the Bowen Technique via Bettina Baumgartinger and have since been symptom-free.
For me, this was the decisive step to learn the fascinating Bowen therapy.
In early 2006, I passed the non-medical practitioner examination in Hamburg and have been working in my own practice since then. In addition, I trained further in the segments of the spinal column therapy (Dorn-Breuss-Fleig) and in talking therapy (including BSZ Hamburg). Thanks to the Bowen technique, I have been able to help patients with different patterns of complaints in my practice.
It gives me pleasure to procure the Bowen technique to other people and thus to share the experiences with others
